Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized therapy for clients, utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that prioritize clients’ goals and interventions.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, offering clients valuable tools and strategies for emotional wellness.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Perform crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary to support clients during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accountability and quality care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
