Account Supervisor, Digital Health & Wellness As an Account Supervisor, Digital Health & Wellness at Zeno, you will help develop and execute digital and social media programs for leading healthcare clients, supporting strategies that span social media, content development, paid and organic campaigns, community engagement, and digital storytelling. Responsibilities Develop and execute digital and social media programs, translating audience insights into strategies that support client objectives and strengthen brand reputation. Support social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, ensuring consistent brand voice across content, community management, and audience interactions. Review, develop, and manage digital content across paid and organic channels, partnering with creative and account teams to deliver engaging and effective communications. Analyze social media performance and reporting data, identifying trends, optimizing content, and providing recommendations that improve program effectiveness. Serve as a trusted day‑to‑day client contact, managing project execution, providing recommendations, and supporting the development of digital communications programs. Support and mentor junior team members while partnering across disciplines to ensure high‑quality work and successful program delivery. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, digital communications, or related fields within an agency or fast‑paced environment. Experience developing and executing paid and organic social media programs. Strong understanding of audience engagement, content strategy, and digital communications best practices. Strong writing and editing skills with experience creating compelling content across digital channels. Experience managing client relationships and contributing to strategic planning and program development. Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders. Strong project management skills, managing multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines. Experience analyzing digital performance metrics and applying insights to optimize future content and campaigns. Understanding of social listening, community management, and audience engagement strategies. Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering collaboration. Curious, adaptable mindset with a passion for learning, problem solving, and delivering meaningful work. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, or other highly regulated industries. Familiarity with social media regulations and best practices within the healthcare space. Knowledge of emerging digital trends, online communities, and audience behaviors within the healthcare space. Experience working across integrated communications, marketing, and public relations programs. Familiarity with social media analytics, reporting, and content management tools. Pay Range $80,000 – $100,000 USD/yr, based on education, experience, seniority, location, performance, and other factors. The range represents only one component of DJEH’s total compensation package, which may include annual bonuses, paid time off, and additional benefits.
