Equity Operations Specialist

A well-established institutional trading and investment platform is seeking a Senior Equity Operations Specialist to join its growing Operations team. This is a highly visible role supporting a sophisticated multi-client, multi-prime trading environment with direct interaction across trading, prime brokerage, custodians, and fund administrators. Responsibilities Own the full post-trade lifecycle for U.S. equities, ETFs, and listed options Manage trade allocations, affirmations, settlements, and reconciliations across multiple prime brokers and custodians Resolve settlement breaks, failed trades, and operational exceptions within a T+1 environment Partner closely with traders to resolve intraday booking and allocation issues Support client onboarding, account setup, SSIs, and operational workflows Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational scalability Mentor junior team members and help build best-in-class operational processes Qualifications 6+ years of institutional Equity Operations or Middle Office experience Strong knowledge of the U.S. equity trade lifecycle and T+1 settlement Experience with DTCC CTM, TradeSuite, ALERT, and institutional OMS/EMS platforms Background working in a multi-prime, multi-custodian environment Excellent reconciliation, trade support, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with traders, brokers, and institutional clients This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing investment platform where you'll have significant ownership, direct business exposure, and the opportunity to help shape and improve operational processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Alexander Chapman
