Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably within commercial real estate or public accounting with real estate clients Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting Experience with Yardi or similar property management/ERP systems Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications Nice to Have Skills CPA license or progress toward certification Experience preparing financial statements, journal entries, and bank reconciliations Knowledge of lease administration, CAM billing, and revenue recognition procedures Prior experience with escrow or escrow-related accounting Other Requirements Hybrid work environment: 4 days in-office, 1 remote No travel required; optional participation in benefits programs such as tuition assistance and voluntary insurance options #J-18808-Ljbffr
