Dental Front Office Assistant

Dental Front Desk Position with MINIMUM 5 years of Dental experience. Responsibilities include all dental front desk tasks including the following: Manage the patient schedule, take calls, and recall patients. Coordinate with patients. Coordinate with office staff. Insurance verification, billing & tracking claims. Treatment plan creation and presentation. Followup with insurance company & payments. Work with the doctor to achieve office goals. Dental assistant experience is a plus. Hands-on leadership opportunity for a person with excellent communication skills & dental front office experience to grow while having fun and working closely with the doctor and other staff to deliver office goals. The person will work with the owner dentist to maintain the production and make sure every patient has a good experience in the office. Requirements: MUST be a team player and a good communicator. MUST have exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. MUST have extensive dental front desk experience. Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
