Job Title: X-Ray Technician Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: X-Ray Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:30 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in X-Ray License: Active license/registration required prior to start Certifications: ARRT (R), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Bedside/portable imaging experience - PACS experience - Required anatomy and orthopedic imaging competencies Description: We are seeking an X-Ray Technician with a minimum of one year of recent experience in diagnostic radiography. The technician will be responsible for performing general X-ray, fluoroscopy, and other imaging procedures. Experience with PACS and bedside/portable procedures is essential. The role requires adherence to isolation precautions and proper use of PPE. Candidates should demonstrate competencies in imaging various anatomical areas, including extremities, spine, and abdomen. First-time travelers are welcome to apply, but selections will be made on a case-by-case basis, depending on experience. Candidates must be prepared to float within their scope to meet facility needs. Weekend requirements vary by department and will be discussed during the interview process.
