Responsibilities Present products confidently using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere. Build maintain and develop clientele using the company CRM focusing on relationship building. Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for showroom collections. Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage. Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines. Use company systems hardware and software independently to perform duties. Complete administrative responsibilities that support the client experience. Take in and deliver client repairs when required. Offer assistance and build effective working relationships with team members and turn clients over when needed. Requirements High school diploma. Minimum 1 year retail sales experience. Excellent client service selling interpersonal and communication skills. Strong storytelling ability and passion for timepieces or jewelry. Ability to multitask and work as a team in a fast paced environment. Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office.
