Job Summary: The Administrative Storeroom Clerk plays a vital role in managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment essential for smooth healthcare operations. This position supports quality patient care by ensuring supplies are accurately tracked and delivered to the appropriate departments.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Receive all incoming supplies and equipment, verifying accuracy by comparing packing slips with physical counts before storage.
• Prepare receiving notices for goods and forward documentation to the Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Unpack shipments for storage or delivery and place items into inventory.
• Inspect, pull, and deliver par-level items to designated departments.
• Fill supply orders adequately for all departments and ensure timely delivery to specified areas.
• Conduct physical inventory of supply rooms and report any surpluses or shortages to the Inventory Control Coordinator.

Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience and Requirements: Previous experience in inventory management or storeroom operations is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with various departments is important.

Work Shift: This position operates on a 4th shift schedule and is classified as part-time, scheduled as needed.

Location: This role is based in a regional healthcare facility serving the Midwest area of the United States.
