Part-Time Bilingual Receptionist

Our Houston office is looking to hire an experienced Part Time Bilingual Receptionist / Contract Specialist who is dedicated to serving our clients and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Direct all office visitors. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable. Provide fundamental information in‑person, by phone and via email. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access. Order front‑office supplies and maintain inventory. Update calendars and schedule meetings. Draft, fill and prepare legal contracts (experience a plus; training provided). Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency. Resourceful and motivated to resolve issues. Customer‑service oriented attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and CLIO (preferred). Experience with case‑management software a significant plus. Availability Monday 10:30 am – 7:30 pm, Thursday 10:30 am – 7:30 pm, Friday 10:30 am – 7:30 pm, Wednesday 10:30 am – 7:30 pm (when Saturday is off), Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (3 Saturdays per month).
