Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through interviews, clinical observations, and review of medical histories, identifying specific challenges that may affect their emotional health.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique circumstances and therapeutic goals, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systems theory.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their therapy journey, adjusting treatment methods as appropriate based on feedback and evolving needs.

• Educate clients and their families on coping strategies and stress management techniques to empower them in managing their emotional health effectively.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss case challenges, share learnings, and continuously enhance therapeutic interventions.

Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse family structures, assisting children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. This includes individuals navigating relationship conflicts, family dynamics, trauma recovery, and mental health diagnosis. A strong emphasis on collaboration with families will be central to your role, as multiple perspectives enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current, valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your ability to work with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
