This remote position is designed to offer our therapists a healthy work-life balance. We handle all administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate on delivering the highest standards of care without the distraction of paperwork. With no on-call responsibilities and flexible scheduling, clinicians can work between 10 to 30 billable hours a week based on their personal preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations as well as short-term psychotherapy for clients, employing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Deliver ongoing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records effectively to manage client interactions, treatment plans, and documentation.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, supportive therapy, skills training, and family therapy to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

• Maintain collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologist supervisors, to enhance treatment outcomes and ensure comprehensive care.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, organizational protocols, and best practices in mental health service delivery.

• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in clinical team meetings to evaluate treatment efficacy and share best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Tennessee.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services, showcasing proficiency in handling a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
