AI-Driven GTM Systems Leader

Runlayer is seeking a hands-on GTM Systems Leader to scale the operating foundation for a fast-growing marketing and revenue organization. You will own the architecture and the team that turns go-to-market into a predictable, scalable system.
This role requires building an AI-enabled GTM stack, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to codify processes, routing, attribution, and forecast methodology while leading a new team from scratch.
