We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing to a variety of administrative, customer service, sales support, and marketing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to company leadership.
• Create, edit, proofread, and manage documents, emails, calendars, and correspondence.
• Communicate with current and prospective clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with lead generation and sales support activities.
• Handle confidential communications and sensitive company information.
• Maintain confidential client, payroll, and tax-related records.
• Support general office operations and administrative projects.
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, calls, and meetings.
• Maintain and organize databases, files, and company records.
• Assist with website updates and maintenance.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

• QuickBooks experience is required.
• Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with inside sales or sales support is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Marketing experience or exposure is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable in a small business environment.
