Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, for individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Promote ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training seminars, staying abreast of the latest research and innovations in the mental health field.

• Participate in case management, collaborating with community resources to ensure clients have access to necessary services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as families facing challenges related to substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
