Customer Support Specialist/Technical Support Specialist
Pathology and cytogenetics labs, from universities to pharma, depend on our client's systems. You'll install them, train the customers who use them, and get them running again when something breaks.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing systems at customer labs and training their teams
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software
- Providing remote support
- Traveling about 75% in the U.S.
About You:
- Be able to do the job as described
- Lab application knowledge (cytogenetics or pathology) and strong customer communication
- A bachelor's in biology, biotech, biomedical engineering or life sciences, or equivalent experience. Lab technologists who build their own computers have done well here
- Ability to work autonomously
- Spanish is a plus
