Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaintenance Technician – 2nd ShiftJob Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM–11:30 PMSalary: Based on experiencePosition Type: Direct HirePosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems within a manufacturing environment. This position requires mechanical aptitude, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a regulated manufacturing setting.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility/building systemsAnalyze mechanical, electrical, and operational issues and implement corrective actionsPerform preventive maintenance (PM) according to established schedulesReplace worn or defective parts and ensure equipment operates efficientlyTest equipment after maintenance to verify proper operationIdentify recurring equipment malfunctions and communicate recommended corrective actions to supervisorsMaintain accurate maintenance documentationPerform basic three-phase electrical troubleshootingUtilize mechanical skills, including basic machine shop and welding skills when requiredWork independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasksSupport continuous improvement initiatives to reduce equipment downtimeFollow all safety, OSHA, and company policiesMaintain compliance with applicable GMP and regulatory requirementsQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Technical School Diploma required3–5 years of experience as a Mechanic or Maintenance Technician preferredExperience in a pharmaceutical or solid dosage manufacturing environment preferredExperience working in a GMP-regulated environment preferredFacility maintenance background is a plusMechanical troubleshooting and repair skillsBasic knowledge of three-phase electrical systemsAbility to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational equipment issuesBasic machine shop and welding skills preferredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong math and reading comprehension skillsVerbal and written English communication skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to climb ladders and work at heights when necessaryAbility to lift equipment parts and tools as requiredAbility to work indoors and outdoors as neededAbility to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and shift transitions when requiredWork EnvironmentManufacturing environment involving solid dosage/capsule productionExposure to mechanical equipment, noise, and moving partsMust follow GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance standards at all times\nCompany DescriptionLinked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
