Work Environment

This position is based in our state-of-the-art outpatient facility, designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Our practice prioritizes an engaging and positive experience, with an emphasis on teamwork and professional growth. As part of our full-time staff, you will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations in order to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Design and implement innovative therapy interventions that enhance mobility, alleviate discomfort, and promote recovery, adjusting strategies as necessary based on patient progress.
• Utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and specialized exercises to achieve cost-effective patient outcomes.
• Educate patients about their conditions and guide them in setting realistic rehabilitation goals to foster engagement in their own care plan.
• Develop and lead individualized fitness and wellness programs, focused on strength, flexibility, and coordination, to support ongoing health beyond therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with established protocols and contributing to comprehensive care documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Currently hold an active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a minimum of two years of experience in a related field, particularly within orthopedic rehabilitation settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds and adapt communication styles to meet different needs.
• Familiarity with current best practices in physical therapy, including manual therapy techniques and evidence-based rehabilitation approaches.

Preferred Experience

• Advanced certifications or specialties in orthopedic therapy, sports therapy, or manual therapy are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your skills and dedication, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience.
