This position is based in our onsite rehabilitation facility, where a collaborative spirit and patient-first mentality define our practice. Our staff benefits from a balanced workweek with hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a fulfilling work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Ability Physical Therapy & Wellness, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individualized therapy sessions, focusing on 1-on-2 patient care per hour, allowing for dedicated attention to each patient's needs.
• Conducting thorough initial assessments to understand patient conditions, followed by developing personalized treatment plans that include detailed objectives and methodologies.
• Applying a range of therapeutic techniques, including active therapy and hands-on treatment methods, supplemented with patient education to empower clients in their recovery process.
• Monitoring and evaluating patient progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on measurable outcomes and patient feedback.
• Maintaining accurate and professional documentation of patient care in compliance with industry standards, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication among team members.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid Florida Physical Therapy license, maintaining good standing with state regulations.
• A minimum of two years of outpatient therapy experience, demonstrating proficiency in various physical therapy techniques and methodologies.

Preferred Experience
