How You'll Make an Impact Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service every day. Work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for growth, counsel clients on additional insurance options, and help them navigate their unique risks. Contribute to client satisfaction and retention by fostering trust and delivering value. Build strong relationships with clients through ongoing care and communication. Identify opportunities to expand coverage and grow revenue. Collaborate with your team to meet operational goals and performance metrics. Actively seek referrals to bring new business prospects to Gallagher. About You Required Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience in managing client relationships essential. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Insurance knowledge. Solid financial acumen. Behaviors A passion for helping clients and solving problems. The ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to ethical practices. Must be able to build collaborative and mutually meaningful relationships with internal and external clients. Able to facilitate and/or lead group meetings with internal and external clients. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Needs to be comfortable analyzing and using data to make decisions, working in a self‑directed manner, and to act as a role model for high performance and Gallagher's shared values. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
