Job Responsibilities

• Customized Treatment Development: Assess and identify patient needs to formulate tailored therapy plans that help them meet their personal goals.

• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Empower Patients and Caregivers: Educate families and individuals on therapeutic techniques to foster sustained improvement at home.
• Monitor Progress and Adapt Treatment: Keep track of clinical outcomes and modify approaches as necessary to ensure patient success.

Educational Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Commitment to ongoing education and additional certifications is encouraged and supported.

Licenses and Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification required.
