Make a meaningful impact by providing essential psychological services to students in a supportive educational environment near Sugar Land, TX. As a School Psychologist working on a contract basis, you’ll help foster an atmosphere where students can achieve both academically and personally.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Current licensure or certification as required by the state
• Strong understanding of educational and psychological assessment tools
• Experience with crisis intervention, IEP development, and supporting diverse student populations is preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with students, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to students facing academic or behavioral challenges
• Advise teachers, school staff, and parents on strategies and resources to assist student well-being and success
• Participate in eligibility, placement, and review meetings to support student needs
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in accordance with school and legal standards
