Physical Therapist Acute Care Full Time Days

Job Summary: The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patients and creating age-appropriate treatment plans to improve functional abilities. This role requires adherence to the Standards of Physical Therapy Practice and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

ssess patients' physical condition and functional abilities.
Develop individualized, age-appropriate treatment plans.
Provide therapy to help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
dhere to all professional standards of Physical Therapy Practice.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (or higher ).
Licensed Physical Therapist.
Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association).
Previous experience preferred.
