Growth Marketing Manager

To support a transformative shift towards an AI-first model, the full-time B2C Performance Marketer will own and scale the acquisition engine, managing paid performance strategies and creative development while working remotely within a global team. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end B2C paid performance, including ads, angles, creative, and funnel optimization Relaunch and enhance the existing webinar and VSL funnel with an AI-powered, education-first approach Identify and scale high-converting paid channels, starting with Meta, to drive profitable customer acquisition Required qualifications Proven experience in scaling paid funnels, particularly in info-product, webinar, VSL, or direct-response marketing Strong operational skills with a hands-on approach to building and executing marketing strategies AI-native mindset with the ability to create agentic workflows beyond basic prompts High energy and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and creative professionals
