In the context of a replacement, the Digital Direction is looking for a:

Product Owner CRM F/H

(Full-time permanent contract)

What we expect from you:

• Collaborate with business teams to define, maintain, and prioritize the backlog of needs
• Challenge the requests taking into account the CRM roadmap as well as end-to-end processes
• Lead Agile rituals (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective) with development teams
• Write user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Lead the functional acceptance, TNR, and validation phases
• Provide level 2 support on functional incidents in liaison with TMA
• Challenge business requests to ensure their alignment with Salesforce standards and CRM best practices
• Follow Salesforce version upgrades and anticipate functional impacts
• Document the evolutions in project management tools (ADO, etc.)
• Accompany the business in the change management process (training, communication, documentation)
• Monitor CRM performance indicators and propose areas for improvement

What we are looking for:

• Bac + 3 to +5 in computer science, information systems, or business school with a digital specialization
• 2 to 5 years of experience minimum as a Product Owner or CRM project manager, ideally on Salesforce
• Ideally Salesforce certification (ADM201, App Builder, etc.) and/or Product Owner (Scrum PO, SAFe …) appreciated
• Good mastery of a CRM platform, ideally Salesforce or another CRM on the market
• Confirmed experience in managing the product backlog and leading Agile/Scrum rituals
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and lead acceptance phases
• Knowledge of project management tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence…)
• Ability to challenge business needs and propose solutions adapted to CRM standards
• Skills in change management and user support
