Approximately 33,000 employees generated CHF 11.20 billion in sales in 2025.Job DescriptionThe Vice President of Customer Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight for Customer Service, Billing, and third-party vendor management to ensure operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience. This role partners closely with the Roofing Sales team to ensure customer orders are efficiently managed, accurately processed, and delivered with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, service quality, and relationship management.
