Assist with monthly invoice reconciliation and allocation processes. Maintain records and administration of employee boot and tool allowances.Assisting with the preparation and completion of certified payroll reports for applicable state and federal projects. Maintain current prevailing wage rates and related information. Assist with prevailing wage reporting requirements and ensure supporting documentation is accurate and up to date.Coordinating and facilitating annual Drug-Free Workplace Safety Training for employees required to complete the training. Maintain training records and documentation to support compliance requirements.Supporting recruitment activities by posting job openings, coordinating phone screenings, and assisting with candidate communication.Coordinating pre-employment checks, as needed, and preparing required new hire documentation. To ensure onboarding activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate employee information in the HRIS. Generate reports and assist with HR analytics and data-related initiatives. Support the HR department in maintaining data integrity and utilizing HRIS functionality effectively.Assisting with payroll processing activities, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation. Support payroll accuracy and compliance by reviewing information and identifying discrepancies. Assist with state-mandated prevailing wage reporting requirements.Maintaining a working knowledge of company policies, procedures, values, and culture.
