Sales Manager

Trillium has an immediate opening for Sales Manager in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut! Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment! This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a sales leader to oversee, support, and mentor their growing sales team. This position would be managing an outside sales team in a heavy prospecting environment. If you have experience in sales management or industrial sales, we want to hear from you today!

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all branch outside sales representatives
  • Develop plans for future branch growth
  • Remote work environment with travel requirements to oversee sales personnel throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Approximately 40% remote and 60% field work.

Compensation:

  • Base salary + commission + annual bonus
  • Total annual compensation averaging $110-160,000

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sales management of outside sales teams in a hunter environment
  • Previous industrial/manufacturing sales experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Must have a current/valid driver's license with a clean record
