Director of Estimating

Leading estimating efforts for high-profile life sciences projects, the full-time Director of Estimating will develop estimates from conceptual design through detailed construction documents while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Consult with executive-level clients to address their needs and showcase services Prepare fee proposals, negotiate agreements, and provide quality assurance on cost estimates Mentor team members and drive business development to grow revenue in diverse markets Required qualifications: BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field 9 to 12 years of experience in Cost & Commercial Management, with 5+ years in a leadership role Professional accreditation such as MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE, or equivalent preferred Proven business development skills and experience managing client expectations Emerging leadership skills with a focus on client responsiveness and team development
