Accounting Assistant
Manpower is looking for an Accounting Assistant for our client in Huntington, WV! Pay 14.00 per hour to start. Schedule: Day shift 40 hours per week. Type: Temp to Perm opportunity. Responsibilities: Answer phones - provide assistance to clients and customers. Assist with accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and other duties as assigned. Administrative duties such as order entry and filing. Some light cleaning duties required on an as-needed basis. Other duties as assigned. What you will need Strong administrative skills, and experience in a clerical environment. Degree in accounting is preferred but not required. QuickBooks experience preferred but not required. Extremely detail-oriented. Excellent computer skills. Must be reliable with a good work ethic.
