Job Summary IKM Building Solutions Now Hiring: Account Manager Location: Madison, Wisconsin Position Type: Full-Time | Local Travel Required | FLSA Status: Exempt Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for mechanical systems and a knack for closing deals? IKM Building Solutions, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team and help us grow our footprint across Wisconsin. As the face of IKM, you'll be our brand steward-building strong client relationships, expanding our market presence, and delivering outcome-based solutions in Mechanical, Plumbing, Fabrication, Service, and Controls. What You'll Do Reporting to the Service Manager, your role will include:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and manufacturing clients
- Identify and close new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Promote renewable service agreements and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic, technical proposals
- Track opportunities in CRM and maintain detailed account plans
- Represent IKM at trade shows and industry events
- Proven sales experience in construction, mechanical systems, or related industries
- Ability to read construction drawings and P&IDs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with excellent time and territory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; COINS and SmartSheet experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed
- Must be comfortable working in varied job site conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs and travel regularly to client locations
