HR Businss Partner

Position OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a 12-month Organization Structure Optimization initiative. This role will serve as a consultant and process lead, partnering with executive stakeholders, project managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to identify organizational inefficiencies, eliminate role duplication, and implement data-driven organizational improvements.This position requires candidates who meet all of the listed qualifications and are comfortable interviewing and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Onsite requirements will vary based on project needs. Candidates must reside in the Bay Area.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Design & FacilitationBuild project roadmaps and design systematic organizational assessment processes.Facilitate executive interviews and cross-functional working sessions.Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project co-leads to develop restructuring recommendations.Data AnalysisDesign and lead data collection processes across multiple organizations.Conduct organizational diagnostics on selected business functions.Validate and analyze employee data and operating models to identify optimization opportunities.Review and compare job descriptions to identify opportunities for role differentiation across levels and organizations.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with HR Business Partners and executive leaders to ensure alignment throughout the project.Prepare executive-level presentations, deliverables, and communication materials.Additional ResponsibilitiesProvide communications and change management support.Deliver administrative support for governance processes.
