California Skin Care & Day Spa has served the community for 32 years. We are seeking a polished, confident sales professional who can represent our brand, build relationships, and bring in new business.

This role combines front desk support, client sales, community outreach, and business development. The right person is personable, professional, persuasive, and comfortable approaching people and businesses directly.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome clients, manage appointments, answer phones, check clients in and out, and support daily front desk operations
• Sell services, packages, treatment series, gift cards, memberships, and retail products
• Rebook existing clients and identify opportunities to increase repeat business
• Visit nearby businesses, hotels, offices, residential communities, and other organizations to develop referral relationships and generate new clients
• Build relationships with local employers and community partners
• Follow up with leads, prospective clients, and inactive clients
• Represent California Skin Care & Day Spa professionally in the community
• Meet sales and client development goals

This position requires a polished appearance, strong communication skills, initiative, confidence, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Sales, hospitality, beauty, wellness, retail, business development, or customer service experience is preferred.

Compensation

Competitive base pay based on experience and discussed during the interview.

Commission begins at no less than 15 percent on qualifying personally generated sales, including services, packages, treatment series, gift cards, products, memberships, and approved business accounts.

Additional incentives may be available based on performance.
