Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and ongoing therapy sessions with individuals and families, ensuring tailored interventions to enhance emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Silver Lake Psychological Recovery Center, you will serve a diverse client population, focusing on individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. You will encounter a range of DSM diagnoses, making it essential to apply your expertise in relational dynamics effectively. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic approach to accommodate various cultural contexts will enhance the therapeutic rapport and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an outpatient mental health setting.

• Active and valid licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) that is not under suspension or probation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to create a calming therapeutic environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or similar therapeutic methodologies is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
