$16 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction is warm and welcoming.
• Oversee daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes that exceed guest expectations.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for building stronger relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and hospitality industry standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Monitor and manage front office budgets, optimizing resources to achieve financial goals without compromising service quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
