We're Hiring: Dental Office Manager

Our growing dental practice is seeking a dental office professional to move up to Office Manager. Your key duties to begin with will be front office management and treatment coordination. If you are looking for the next step in your career and are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office
- Run the Front Office including, scheduling patients and staff
- Treatment Coordination
- Oversee insurance verification, billing, and collections
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
- Monitor office productivity, financial goals, and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with the dentist to improve workflow and practice growth

Hours - 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday, no weekends

Requirements- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator or Office Manager in a dental practice
- Front Desk and Treatment Coordinator experience
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
- $28 - $33 per hour based on experience
