Job Summary The F-16 Maintenance Supervisor plans and directs maintenance operations and ensures that policies and procedures are followed to achieve established goals and objectives. Responsibilities Supervise and assign program workloads and duties for entire shifts of workers performing aircraft maintenance, repair, inspection, and modifications. Maintain knowledge of supply procedures, Service Bulletins/Letters, and Airworthiness Directives. Use technical data and drawings to locate part numbers and accomplish repairs. Have knowledge of F‑16 aircraft avionics and electrical systems. Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, and modify aircraft systems and powerplants in accordance with written procedures, specifications, and standards. Apply knowledge of F‑16 aircraft systems operation and maintenance, including landing gear, powerplants, flight controls, disassembly, reassembly, rigging, and aircraft movement. Read and speak English; comprehend safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. Meet one of the following requirements: Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related aircraft maintenance experience. Associate's degree plus 6 years of related aircraft maintenance experience. High School Diploma plus 10 years of related aircraft maintenance experience. At least 10 years of F‑16 aircraft experience with a thorough understanding of fighter aircraft systems and flight line operations. Leadership experience in an F‑16 aircraft maintenance environment. Compensation The anticipated salary for this position is $133,900 annually. The range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
