Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Purchasing Coordinator (Entry-Level) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable working with computers and digital systems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting internal teams, and ensuring data integrity across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data in company systems with accuracy and efficiency. Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies. Assist with generating reports and maintaining organized records. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Provide excellent customer service and support to internal departments and field technicians as needed. Follow company policies and confidentiality standards. Contribute to process improvements and problem-solving within the team. Qualifications Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
