Job Description Job Description Job Description: As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be running company-issued appointments with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of switching to solar energy, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, a passion for the solar industry, and the drive to consistently exceed sales targets. This is a commission based position with a great opportunity to help customers in East Tennessee while being rewarded financially. Responsibilities: Run company-issued appointments with homeowners in East Tennessee Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and our products Develop tailored solar solutions to meet individual homeowner needs Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Achieve monthly sales targets Uphold our company's values of honesty and integrity in all interactions Qualifications: Proven track record in sales Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge and passion for the solar industry Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check Why Work For Us?
