Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient. Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging a variety of evidence-based practices to provide effective therapeutic interventions. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create cohesive treatment strategies that optimize patient care. Support the coordination of treatment approaches, ensuring that all healthcare professionals involved are aligned in their efforts to assist patients. Uphold the highest professional standards by adhering to quality assurance policies and complying with applicable regulations and corporate guidelines. Patient Population / Client Focus Our Outpatient Therapy program serves a diverse array of clients seeking help for various mental health concerns. Whether individuals are coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other psychological challenges, your role will be essential in guiding them towards recovery and improved well-being. You will provide support that respects each person's unique background, experiences, and therapeutic needs. Qualifications A valid Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline, along with an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California. A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a robust foundation in mental health therapy. Strong knowledge of ethical, legal, and regulatory considerations related to counseling practices. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients and team members alike. Proficiency in utilizing digital communication tools and therapy platforms to engage with patients effectively. Preferred Experience Previous experience within a community health setting, particularly in outpatient services or programs geared toward diverse populations. Competence in integrating trauma-informed care principles into therapeutic practices. Familiarity with digital health tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and enhance patient tracking. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
