CRM Operations Specialist

Apply your CRM operations expertise to help train next-generation AI systems using real-world sales processes, workflows, and customer relationship management practices. This remote contractor opportunity focuses on improving how AI systems understand, assess, and support sales operations. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other leading platforms.
• Document current sales operations practices, including pain points and opportunities to improve processes.
• Provide real-world examples, scenarios, and feedback based on CRM operations and sales enablement best practices.
• Review, analyze, and annotate CRM data, records, and user interactions for AI training objectives.
• Assess and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and alignment with real sales operations.
• Contribute to creating and reviewing CRM documentation, training materials, and process guides.

• At least 3 years of hands-on CRM and sales operations experience.
• Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Experience optimizing sales processes, implementing automations, and maintaining CRM data integrity.
• Strong analytical, process-mapping, written, and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail in complex business workflows.
• Experience providing feedback or training related to process improvement or software implementation is a plus.
• Experience with Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or Funnel is highly valued.
• No formal degree or prior AI experience is required. Practical CRM expertise and platform fluency are the primary criteria.
