Job Description This position is responsible for providing support to the company’s Insurance Departments by performing data entry, scanning and revising reports as required by the company’s indemnification programs, and assisting in maintenance of department compliance. Key Responsibilities Input and maintain accurate systems data, compile reports and scan documents relating to the company’s indemnification programs. Review certificates of insurance and indemnification agreements; report deficiencies through compliance reports to respective managers. Act as a liaison between service providers and managers to ensure that required insurance coverage is obtained; generate correspondence when a provider is not in compliance. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
