Director of Talent Management

To support the evolution of talent strategy and employee experience, the full-time remote Director of Talent Management will lead the integration of performance management, talent reviews, and career growth initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of NIQ's performance and growth strategy, ensuring alignment with employee development and business objectives Enhance talent review and succession processes by integrating performance insights and optimizing the use of Workday capabilities Design and execute enablement strategies that improve manager effectiveness in leading performance and development conversations Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, or related fields Extensive experience with Workday Performance and Talent Management capabilities Proven track record of designing and leading performance and talent initiatives in complex organizations Strong understanding of performance management, leadership development, and workforce capability building Experience with AI-enabled practices and digital talent experiences
