Installation CoordinatorThe Customer Service Modernizations and Upgrades (CSMU) Installation Team at Dematic Corp is seeking an Installation Coordinator. This newly created position will assist the Managers and Director with a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly recurring tasks. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.Tasks and Qualifications:Communicate / Coordinate with supervisors, Installation Management, and project managers regarding labor requirements, materials, site conditions, equipment rentals and overall project statusSelects appropriate processes from clearly documented rules, past practices, or instruction. Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from manager.Assist CSMU Installation Management with Daily, Weekly and Monthly data processing for labor hours.Maintains records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, or specialized software packages.Performs the administration for programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the CSMU Installation Group.Performs simple, routine work within area of specialization.Be the glue that holds the team together!What We Are Looking For:HS diploma or equivalent requiredTwo years of vocational/technical training or an Associate Degree preferredProven work experience as a previous Coordinator or that of a similar roleSpecialized skill training/certification may be required.Microsoft programs experience requiredExperience in the Automated Material Handling Industry a plusExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsAbility to meet position requirement of up to 25% travel.
