Licensed Commercial Counsel, this full-time contract position focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of content and media licensing agreements for a global digital media and streaming platform. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and content licensing agreements Support licensing initiatives involving digital media, streaming, and entertainment content partnerships Manage high-volume contracting workflows while collaborating with internal legal and business teams Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing 7+ years of commercial legal experience with a focus on content or media licensing agreements Strong experience in drafting and negotiating high-volume commercial agreements Familiarity with digital media and streaming business models Experience in fast-paced technology, media, or entertainment companies preferred
