In-House Counsel INFUSE, Inc. is looking for an In-House Counsel with at least 3-5 years of experience as an attorney to join our fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial global organization. Candidates must be detail-oriented and experienced in commercial contract review. Candidates must also be licensed in good standing in Florida and have experience as a litigator in Florida, as well as the ability to appear in court as a Florida attorney when needed. Prior in-house experience is an advantage. This role will take responsibility for select legal matters and will work with our outside counsel, leadership, and executive teams to provide legal support in a wide range of corporate legal matters, including litigation, contract, international business, employment, privacy, and compliance.
