Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing client relationships by providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse book of business.
Compensation Package
- Salary : $50,000 annually (based on a 36.25-hour workweek) + commission opportunities
- Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Manage a book of business with approximately 400-500 accounts, totaling $2.5 million in premium.
- Handle all aspects of client service, including rating, re-rating, policy changes, billing inquiries, and client communications.
- Address client needs for both new and renewal business (90% service existing accounts, 10% new business).
- Work with a range of accounts, from $200 to $15,000 in premium, with an average account size of $5,000.
- Collaborate with top carriers such as Grange, Westfield, and Safeco.
- Utilize the Zywave PartnerXe agency management system to manage client information and workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year in personal lines insurance or a related field.
- Familiarity with top carriers such as Grange, Westfield, and Safeco is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and think critically to solve problems.
- Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
