PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR (UNION)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Administrator (Union) with experience processing weekly payroll in a union environment and supporting payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee records administration. This payroll administrator will oversee payroll processes for up to 300+ employees nationwide, ensuring accurate and timely pay, proper deductions, payroll adjustments, benefits coordination, and union‑related reporting. Key Responsibilities Processing weekly payroll, including timesheet review, wage calculations, pay adjustments, deductions, direct deposits, and payroll corrections. Auditing time and labor data to identify discrepancies, reconcile payroll issues, and ensure accurate payroll processing in the HR/payroll system. Maintaining employee payroll records, including exemptions, transfers, resignations, paid time off, sick leave, and personal information updates. Supporting onboarding by processing new hire documents in the HRIS and assigning employees within the Time and Labor module. Preparing month‑end payroll, headcount, benefits, and union‑related reports for internal and external use. Processing union monthly dues and preparing union medical, dental, and vision invoices for payment. Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year. Job type: Direct hire.
