Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to clearly identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring personalized treatment strategies are developed.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, offering consistent support and modification of treatment approaches as necessary, to enhance effectiveness.

• Employ diverse therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices that resonate with clients and meet their specific requirements.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and progress notes in accordance with best practices and compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Our clients include young adults, families, and older adults who require expert guidance and support. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
