Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space while having access to a supportive and collaborative team environment. You'll be part of a community health clinic where the focus is on integrated care, working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support for our clients. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a balance that supports both personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients presenting with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, measuring the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, personal goals, and preferences, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, regularly adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evolving needs.
