Warranty Administrator

N&S Supply, LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team in our Fishkill NY location. Join our team and be part of a growing company that offers competitive pay, great benefits and room for advancement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Resolve any warranty and defective issues and concerns.
• Resolve pending credits with vendors.
• Manage, process, and reconcile vendor warranty credits and RGA numbers.
• Return Goods Queue Confirm all information is correct and call customer if needed for additional information before creating a neg PO.
• Obtain RGA's from vendors, submit claim and follow up on RGA credits.
• Process HVAC warranty claims, including standard warranty claims and special concession claims.

Additional requirements/responsibilities:

• Working ability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and other office equipment.
• Warranty/Purchasing experience preferred.

Pay Range $22-25/hr.

Additional requirements/responsibilities:

• Working ability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and other office equipment.
• Warranty/Purchasing and/or Wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Eclipse Solar or similar ERP system strongly desired.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in fast-paced environment.
